Shall We Adjourn?

This question will arise in different situations.  The end of a long day.  Everyone is tired.  Maybe travel schedules are involved.  Adjourn?  Don’t do it!  If there is any way to keep everyone at the table, do not leave without a complete, signed agreement.  In good mediations there is a flow, leading parties to make unplanned concessions.  But with adjournment too often your hard-won advances will disappear.
