Schedule Sweat Time!

Study after study has confirmed (i) law is one of the highest stress jobs and (ii) litigation imposes the most stress in law.  Per Miami litigator Kyle “the Real Deal” Teal, who as of yet has not followed his own advice (and from gym owners everywhere):  Schedule regular workouts!  Make it a priority.  You will feel better.  You will be better.  At everything.  Professional and personal.
